I am 29 years old, 5' 7" and started out in a size 34-36. At first I did not notice results, but stuck with it because I did notice my midsection heating up as advertised. I decided to also wear it for my workouts, so much longer than 10 minutes 2 times a day, more like hours at a time. My workouts are not that rigorous, I stick to the basics of push-ups, sit-ups, and squats, but my sit-ups are done on an Ab-lounge (which many say does not work either, but you have to do the workout exactly like they do on the instructional dvd!). After a few months of wearing my Tummy Tuck belt and using the cream while doing my short daily workout, I went from 190 pounds to 150 Pounds and down to a size 30!!! It DOES work very well, but you have to stick with it and not be afraid of using it to the extreme by leaving it on for long periods of time. If you can work out with the belt, I think it really accelerates weight loss in the mid section. Hope this helps offset all the negative comments.

This is the worst technological experience I've ever had. After receiving the LeapPad Ultra, I set it up for my son so that when he opened it up on his birthday, it was ready to go. I double-checked that the firmware on the LeapPad was the latest version, that his profile was created and that WiFi was set up. The following day, after he opened it and played with it for a while, it performed another firmware update. It then locked the LeapPad and told me I needed to connect it to a computer. After installing the LeapFrog Connect software on my Mac, I plugged in the LeapPad and.......nothing. I manually installed the driver per the instructions on LeapFrog's website, as well as tried the alternative offline installer. It still doesn't not recognize the LeapPad. This LeapPad is bricked because there is no way to get out of this terrible loop. It must be connected to a computer before you can use it and the software on the computer won't recognize the LeapPad. I tried another computer and experienced the same problem of the software not being able to detect the LeapPad.

My best friend turned me on to the Body Fortress Energy Protein powder and I LOVE it!!! She adds not quite a scoop of powder to her coffee. I add a whole scoop to mine. Be advised that it's not a good idea to add the whole scoop at one time if you're using coffee because there'll be lumps-YUCK. Add a little at time while stirring. I'm going to try it by using milk, too in my Ninja blender. That will ensure that there's no lumps. The energy that I receive from this product is truly amazing!!! I don't think that I'll need to use two scoops, unless it's before a workout

Makes my scalp feel good and tingly but doesn't do anything particularly remarkable. I have combination 3C/4a curls and they don't feel much different after using this. I prefer the Mixed Chicks Deep Conditioner for better moisture.

What's not to like? The special effects are stellar, the movie uses science (truth yet twisted for its and your benefit) and it entertains throughout! Ever since the Matrix we find that life isn't "User Friendly" we are but a virus of this planet but what do we know ...because what's 80 years out of (billions?)?

I actually purchased year 2016... Lots of very good information in this book. Also very easy to locate varies subjects. I would absolutely recommend this book to anyone looking to reduce their tax bill legally.
