After reading the reviews on this product I thought it may help as a spot treatment for some recent cystic acne breakouts I had been dealing with. Since this stuff is clay and I have used other clay products before I decided I didn't want to risk applying it to my entire face as my breakouts are mostly hormonal and no too bad. Clay sucks the oil and gunk out of your pores. This is what some of the reviewers meant by "purging" the skin. This will bring the nastiness hiding deep under your skin to the surface and can create more pimples, it won't cause them it will just bring whatever was already there out. I was surprised how well this product worked as a spot treatment. I did not follow the instructions of a thin layer twice a day for twenty minutes instead I applied it to some large deep cysts and left it on for a few hours before going to bed and in that time I continued to layer it on as one layer dried I applied more until it flaked off then I would rinse with warm water and repeat. In 24 hours all three under the skin blemishes shrunk and came to the surface where I could easily pop them. I think had I gave it another 24 hours they would have gotten to that white head point where a hot compress would have easily washed them away but what can I say I like popping pimples I know you're not supposed to. Normally these kind of breakouts would last over a week hanging out under my skin I was amazed by how well this product worked and so happy I have this to manage my monthly hormonal breakouts. I don't know how well it would work on people with worse acne problems but I'm happy with my results and would definitely buy this product again. One complaint I have is the packaging. The tube cracks and gets little holes which could dry the product out I had to wrap the whole thing up with duct tape to seal the holes and prevent air getting to the product.
I wish it showed you how to pronunciate the words. It's hard to understand exactly what they are saying sometimes. The guy says it too fast to really understand.
My husband says "It was an idea big enough for a greeting card, but instead they turned it into a book." It just didn't have enough substance to keep everyone interested. They read it once and never went back to it.
