I'm a pharmacist, and I can tell you that I would not recommend this product. For one, as many have mentioned, this is just the ingredient that is in Benadryl. You can buy 24 for less than 4 bucks. But in addition, diphenhydramine is not a good choice for insomnia. It is a great anti-histamine that also causes drowsiness, however, it really dries you out and still have you feeling groggy after you wake up.

Thom Hartmann can be counted on to write a good on politics. "The Crash of 2015" is yet another thought-provoking Hartmann book.

I paid 109 for this and have never been able to download it. I have spent hours and hours trying. Sent in several requests for help and no one has helped me

Was a little disappointed in the book. I've had the bible series in the past for Framemaker and it provided more detail than this one did. Lacks in detail for customizing the ribbon and the indexing is excessive (points to pages non-relevant pages). Maybe good for a novice user but not detailed enough for advanced.

Like several other reviewers have mentioned by now, I was under the impression that this book would be a psychological thriller. It wasn't. It read more like a romance novel, which is not what I was looking for. The author's writing style is great and enjoyable to read, but I feel like I've been deceived and let down. Kind of wish I would've picked another Kindle First book instead.
