It makes my face more oily than when I started. It breaks down very fast. I look like I'm wearing it caked on in layers. Not happy at all!
I have been doing a half hour class of boot camp 5 x/week for four weeks now and started these shakes 3 weeks in. Work is so busy that its difficult to eat a proper breakfast and lunch. These nutritious shakes make getting all the vitamins needed so easy. And the best part is that they taste soooo good. There are hundreds of recipes online to mix into them to change up the flavor,too, so you'll never be bored. As for the weight loss, it's not going to magically come off. Remember, it took more than a week or 2 to gain it- you cannot expect to lose it healthily in that amount of time either. But I will say this- they are very filling if you are committed to losing weight and getting on a healthy track. After my first 7 days eating this way and exercising - I have lost 4 lbs. but am confident I will continue to lose. I am not a scale addict- I go by how my clothes fit; but it IS nice to see the numbers on the scale going down, too. Good luck!
Gotta Say this light is definitely worth the money. Started my clones up, the switch to Veg and Flower are awesome. Jump on it, this light stays warm, and its perfect as far as temp goes. Should get the other hanger strings though so you can leverage the light from veg to flower. Other than that worht every penny.
I am 45 and my skin has been oily in places with large pores and some breakouts plus sun damage. Now I have dry skin and wrinkles on top of all that joy! I got a sample of Miracle Skin and it went on silky smooth! It hides popes and gives a matte finish. You don't need a primer under it. For people like me who spend about 3 minutes on makeup but really NEED makeup this is wonderful! I have been using it for over a year and feel it's a step more coverage than a BB but still very light.
This is my second purchase of the LD re-manufactured toner cartridge for my HP 1020. So far this one works quietly and well. No smudges or streaks. I have used other re-manufactured cartridges that squeaked constantly. Only question remaining is how long it lasts. First LD was good. I'll buy more of these.
