I bought this bike back in late August 2013, had a car accident which led me to be unable to use it for a few months, but I'm getting back to biking and have hit 300 miles total with this back. It's my first good quality bike that I've had since I was 11, and I had a walmart bike which I promptly returned right after ordering this online from Bike Nashbar on a sale (totaled $360 at that time). I'm a programmer and know how to build computers, so I thought why not bikes as well? My purpose was at first for recreational, but then, the aspect of riding occasional simple trails coupled with usual road riding attracted me to have dual sport as my first real bike. Which comes down to features I was looking for, 1) gearing for the major climbs in my city, 2) disk brakes if I was going to ride in the rain, 3) suspension for the occasional trails, 4) not very heavy.
I have a problem with calcium build-up on my shower doors from hard water. I used everything I could think of (windex, vinegar, CLR, etc) and a ton of elbow grease but nothing ever seemed to work that well. I just wet the Norwex cloth with warm water, rubbed lightly and to my pleasant surprise, the water spots wiped right off. I couldn't believe it! I then started using this all over the rest of my bathroom (faucets, etc) with the same results. Amazing product!
I purchased Quicken Starter Edition 2014 directly from INTUIT's website. I downloaded the software. The installation software froze my computer. I then restarted it. Tried to install the software again and it then gave me an error saying my computer did not meet the minimum requirements for the software (which is impossible given that it is a Dell Core i5 that I bought 4 months ago with Windows 7). I then tried Quicken's support chat service which is available 24/7. It took about 45 minutes for the rep to get on (but the initial wait time said 12 minutes). Then when I finally got a person named "Mayank S." Mayank was EXTREMELY slow at reading my questions and responses and replying to them. Then Mayank would ask me questions that I've already answered. Mayank then copied and pasted the "solution" for this problem from the website. I had already tried the suggestions, and it was impossible to execute because the box they wanted me to click was greyed out and unclickable. Rediculous that a 2014 based software program from private enterprise would work poorly immediately upon download and customer support chat reps are not focusing on one customer at a time.
I had Quicken 2009 and decided I would upgrade to 2011. I wish I'd never upgraded. 2011 is soooo slowwwwwww! I like the 2009 version much better and should have saved my money. I haven't found anything in the 2011 version that makes it better than the 2009 version
