I waited a year to write this review because I wanted to test if the probiotic would work long term and it did! My problems started with a UTI so I went on Bactrim and that is what messed up my PH balance. Right after I got done with the antibiotic, I got a horrible yeast infection. So then I took Diflucan. Then after that they said I had BV so then I went on Metro antibiotic for that. Then a few weeks later I noticed yeast infection symptoms and went on Diflucan and then back on the Metro antibiotic again..... I was so tired of everything at that point so I looked further into what else can help and found Rephresh. I used the gel inserts here and there at first when I started the probiotic. Within 2 weeks I was back on track and within 4 months of taking them every day, my balance is back on track. It has been a year now and I haven't needed them since. If I ever go on antibiotics again. I'm taking these!

Competitive with the best blades I have tried. May be just a little inconsistent in durability, but the lower price makes up for it.

I had chronic nausea for a few years. I had several tests and examinations but never could find out what was causing it. I practically lived on ginger and other anti-nausea aids, including prescriptions, but always got minimal relief.

I waited on writing a review of this as I really wanted to see how I did with it and what impacts it had in the long term. I have it sitting on the floor in front of my couch so when I am watching a DVD or just resting and taking a nap I have my feet or one of them on it. I sleep in the living room on the couch due to lung problems to name one issue. I also have inflammation issues which is one reason I looked into this as it is the use of low frequency and had my interest. I am up every morning around 3am due to breathing problems so I sit up and make sure my feet are on it--bare feet that is as feet with socks on doesn't do it. With inflammation issues it is hard to get up every morning and this is one factor now that makes it possible to get up at 4:30 am on weekdays. That is something I could not do prior to having this mat. It is energizing but after looking at the reviews that others have written about this mat, it seems that people with inflammation issues or other medical issues are the ones who are physically sensitive enough to notice what it does for them. Those with no medical issues or no inflammation issues yet don't seem to have impacts that they notice. I sometimes find that going without something for awhile and noting how I feel and then retrying a product or item again helps me to see how valuable it is to me. I leave mine plugged into the wall and in the same spot so I can use it whenever I feel like.

This is the worst for me skylake I5 Cpu 16 gigs of ram 100 percent cpu usage as it does nothing , program has made my PC a Pentium 4 for performance , uninstalled all is back to normal they have had this problem since 2015 and still have a driver /software incompatibility also running Win 10 , gtx970 card so a waste of money for me in trash it goes
