I saw the infomercial and called it. There was no live customer service. It order was all automated and they kept offering my stuff after stuff that I did not want. After about 30 minutes of being on the phone with the automated order service, I finally got off. A week later I received the product. I've had it for over a week now and I've seen no difference whatsoever. I thought it's probably because I'm not using enough of the cream and not doing the tummy exercises (shown in the video) correctly so I've increased the amount of the cream and changed the ab exercises. I'm now doing 6 minutes of actual ab exercises on the floor - bicycles, crunches, 100s, hold in crunch position. I've even started rubbing/massaging the fat while I'm applying the cream on. I wear the darn belt for many hours (4-6) and I exercise! The infomercial said you don't need to exercise or change your eating habit and will still lose the fat... all lies! I am going to return this lie/product and hope that I don't have to deal with the trouble that others have posted about returning it.
Good results, I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks or less! The only thing is I would caution anyone using them to drink lots of water and start with using a single pill at first until your body gest comfortable with the dosing... They are very powerful and you might feel over amped at first.

I have mild acne that I have been dealing with for years - I've tried Proactiv as well as many other products so when I saw this I thought it might work and liked that it costs much less. I soon learned there is a reason why it costs less - about the only thing this product did was dry out my skin and bleach my wash cloth. It didn't even begin to clear my skin and I've almost used all of each bottle. I will not be purchasing this again - go to Target or a similar store and get some of the bigger named cleasners, they will work just as well as this stuff.
