This book is not a how to book. It is a supplement for cosmetology school. That being said, I am not a cosmetology student, nor do I plan to be. I love experimenting with color, cutting my own hair, and facial treatments. What this book does for the noncosmetology is help you understand the rationale behind what beauticians do and understand color concepts. If you are looking for a how to book than this is not it. If you want a book to teach the why of cosmetology than this is a great reference.

No matter what I tried I coudn't get the aiming reticle to line up or calibrate with the scope. It was very frustrating.

After the baby dance deed I insert one of the softucps inside near my cervix to allow the semen to remain inside as not to leak out...(sorry if this is TMI). I leave it in for the night or a few hours during the day. It says you can wear it for 12 hours which I have before. The Softcup is easy to insert and easy to remove. As the instructions say it sits below and under your cervix, you shouldn't feel it if it is inserted correctly.

I got my first bottle from my hairdresser and paid top dollar for it. This is exactly the same product for considerably less. I use it every time I wash my hair. My hair look silky and soft which as I get older is harder to accomplish.
