I cut open the shrink wrapped package today and opened the bottle to use for the first time. The glue was dried so thick inside the bottle it was a gummy mess and would not flow at all. The expiration date on the bottle is 6/3/2016. I tried to return it and found it was no longer eligible for return. Do not buy this item. If it is like mine, it is totally worthless and you are stuck with it, no pun intended!
It helped the most, I think, battle the yeast at the end of a very guided intestinal help and yeast kill.

Donna Gates was a pioneer in modern health issues starting in the 1990s. I was pretty young when this book came out but now that I am older I see how she was way ahead of her time. I have been using some of her principles in daily life and learning how to ferment my own food at home. Still a great read 20 years later.
