Opening chapters in the SAT version are less forced, easier to read. Skip all of that in this book and go to the sections where it gives help on the various parts of the test. Math especially helpful.
It might be a decent overview of the material on the TEAS exam, but this book is riddled with typos, and some of the answers (for practice tests, self-checks at the end of each section), are flat out wrong. For that reason alone I would not recommend it. As far as the material, it's pretty accurate to what is on the test. I scored highly on the TEAS V but I'm not sure this book particularly helped. Just take a free online refresher on whatever subjects you need to brush up on and do the ATI practice tests instead, they're a much better use of your money in my experience.
In general the app is good but they didn't say that many of the features described can only be used if I upgraded for $4.99. And they keep asking you to upgrade, again and again. And they keep asking you to buy other services and products, not with little ads at the bottom of the screen so you can ignore them but big sometimes even full screen. It was totally annoying! There were many features I liked but because of the annoyance factor I deleted it from my phone and installed another azan app I have used before.
This is a very low amount of omega 3s for the price. At a whopping $20 per gram of omega 3s (EPA &DHA) in the bottle, almost any bottle on sale at Amazon or off the shelf in a drug store will give you more omega 3s for a much lower price. For example, this typical large gel cap product
If you follow the plan and have a busy lifestyle this is a great solution. It is easy to follow and super easy to put together the protein meals. I have lost 22 pounds in 4 weeks. I feel great. Was it easy? Nope. Was it worth it? Yes. It was manageable for someone who works 40 hours a week plus teaches 10 yoga classes a week. Was a bit tired but that was only because I was getting energy from what was likely spiking insulin levels from a less than optimal diet before I started the program. If you put together this much product at any health food or supplement store the cost would be comparable.
Good Quality Oil. I fill two differantiels, transfer case and manual transmission with this oil.I am happy with the product. I recommend to people who are in need of transmission oil.
