My daughter liked this book so I got the Kindle version. I needed something gluten free that reinforced the food combining rules I learned from Fit For Life by the Diamonds. I feel good when juice fasting or on raw fruits, vegetables nuts and seeds but have a hard time staying on those tracks. I wanted energy and weight loss; the BED diet delivers both and allows (eventually) some dairy (milk kefir) and some starches (red potatoes, quinoa and blue corn chips). I still get plenty of veggies, some cooked, some raw. Eggs and fish are okay too if you tolerate them. It's not a vegan/vegetarian diet. The heart of BED is probiotics and cultured foods that improve digestion. The lack of sugar (even sweet fruit) on the diet is the only tough thing to stick to at first. Bottom line, I learned a lot, am using the recipes and meal plans, lost some weight and feel better. Everyone interested in nutrition and health should read this book.
The seat adapter does what it needs to do, however it is not very well designed. The reason that I say that is that the adapter is a little bit short in order to plug into the stroller. Luckily the BOB has a flexible divider in the middle so it works, but it makes the whole stroller look crooked.
I absolutely love this board and pointer!! The product is exactly what I expected. The only thing I would say is Hasbro needs to please change the Texture of he board. The pointer will not glide smoothly enough it has some rough areas needs a mod for the board somehow! Other then that love it!!
This product DOES NOT work as shown in their video. The 5 star reviews you see are bogus reviews put there to battle the bad reviews. Look at the other products they have reviewed and you will see NONE. Those reviewers only reviewed THIS PRODUCT. When you look at some of the bad reviews and see the other products they have reviewed you will see many other reviews. The good reviews on this product are quite clearly LIES to battle the bad reviews this product deserves.
The jaw dropping action starts immediately...with an everyman kind of guy as hero. The special effects sequences in LA are not to be missed. Nice background story of our hero growing as a man, and showing everyone he is responsible and can act when necessary, even if he is scared to death. My favorite action-special effects movie!! Bit of comedy thrown in provides a little comic relief,
LOVE this alarm clock. My favorite feature is the removable charging tube that I use all the time as an extra battery source for my phone. I also love that I can charge my phone right at my alarm clock. I loved this clock soo much I bought 3 for others as Christmas gifts.
