Bought this online directly from BitDefender and it installed 2017 (or tried to). The installation fails with "Cannot contact server". I've used their support web site to submit a request for help but it has now been 5 days and I haven't gotten a response. I'm beginning to feel ripped off.
Was looking into getting a Tempurpedic prior to this purchase. Backed on Kickstarter. First night I slept on it and I felt refreshed. With a new kid in the house a 2 hour nap feels like a full nights rest. My husband put a cleaner bottle on the bed and ran around like other mattress commercials with wine glasses, and it didn't fall over. Body doesn't ache anymore. Highly recommended for anyone.
