I've owned several Timbuk2 bags. This one falls short in a few key areas. First, the shoulder strap is thin and flimsy. Further, it's adjustment system leaves much to be desired, in that it is difficult to get at when the bag is tossed over your shoulder. Second, it leaks. The zipper systems seem to be loose in general, and water leaks into the laptop compartment if the bag is exposed to even a moderate rain. Third, the buckle system that secures the from strap loosens very easily, allowing the buckles to come undone. This seems due to the fact that these straps are also thin.
I've had this unit for about 3 months. I live in a 3 story home with hand-pulled solid wood floors, 18" tiles and marble in the bathrooms.
