I bought this book through PBS, as it was for supporting them, I have read a lot of the negative reviews on Amazon, and i can understand where some of them are coming from. If you are trying to do the seeds and nuts in an ordinary $100 blender.... prepare for a gritty time,

I ordered a new iPhone 7 that does not have a headphone jack. So I ordered these headphones so that when my phone came in, I would have wireless headphones. I did not know the phone came with the adapter and wired headphones. But regardless, I'm glad I bought these because I love them! I was worried about it not fitting good and coming off easily, I thought maybe I needed some with the loop around the ear to be more secure. But the day I got these I was having a meltdown mode, so I went to the park, got on a swing, put these headphones in and turned on "Neurolateral EMDR technology - Heartbeat Slow". It's a bilateral heartbeat. It beats in one ear and then the other. Very calming. So the headphones stayed on perfectly on a swing. And they fit so nicely and snug that it also cancelled out all other park noises, kids and cars. This was wonderful. So my first experience with these was awesome. I have since used them to make phone calls, listen to audiobooks and listen to my other music. I have a very soft voice and people can still hear me on a call, which has been a huge problem in the past for me with Bluetooth headphones and headsets. They did come with 3 sizes of ear buds and 3 sizes of the little curved piece for your ear so you can adjust the fit perfectly. It also came with a little bag to carry them in, which I do use so they don't get messed up in my purse.

I'm black. I like to put this in my hair after using a hair moisturizer & then put on a silk cap and in the morning my hair feels really smooth/soft and FLAT (which I like for the average day). I bought this from Amazon about a year ago, and to this day I've only used about 1/4 of it. A little really goes a long way. I also was attracted to this price. It's FREAKING cheap via Amazon. At least, relatively to what it is in stores. I'm not sure if this made any real difference to my hair or protection of my hair before styling but I do like the feeling of it.

I purchase these after having oral surgery because after that my milk drop down significantly so I got desperate and after all the good reviews I needed up buying them. do they work? yes they work immediately but I notice it makes you and your baby really gassy and it impacts her sleep. while I was taking these pills, my baby stooped sleeping through the night and was waking up at all times. she also didn't eat as much as she used to (I believe it also has to do with the gasses). Since I stooped taking them, my baby finally is sleeping all night again and she is incredibly eating twice as much as she was before. Do I recommend these pills? yes I do but just for an emergency situation when you need help to bring back your milk supply but then just leave them and you have to do it gradually. These pills are just a help for a temporary situation and not to take it at all times during your entire nursing

Rick Steves' continues his efforts to make Spain travel accessible to those who want to stretch their wings and explore. He does a good job of giving basic travel information and then highlights the sights and how to maximize vacation travel time. Since I've read so many of his guide, I am finding much redundancy as the same information is contaied in all his books. Good for those reading one book, a little boring for those of us who have really bought in and are reading multiple books.
