I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered Shrink toning lotion, but it sounded promising so I thought I'd give it a try. I apply it daily, before I go on my work out, and am already seeing results only a little over a week later. It tones and tightens the skin where applied (be sure to massage until thoroughly absorbed into skin). It is great for getting rid of stubborn belly fat, and even does wonders for cellulite. I have been very pleasantly surprised with how quickly and effectively this toning lotion is working.. I can tell the difference not only in how my skin feels but even how it looks. I will definitely be ordering more before I run out, and would recommend to anyone looking for a little boost in toning up.
Transfer Factor has taken the place of shots at the vet, and both of my cats are lively and have good appetites. The dose is one capsule for each cat per day, and I sprinkle it on their dry food.
The cleanse portion was ok but the 14 day phase that followed was not a pleasant experience. There are so many pills to take especially if you use the "complimentary" products that are recommended. Big, hard to swallow pills that do nothing to help with weight loss except get you to fill up with the water you use to take them. If you follow the eating plan they suggest you WILL lose weight WITHOUT all of the products they sell you. The diet plan is portion controlled lean proteins, complex carbs and vegetables spaced out during the day avoiding most dairy, sugar and fried foods....of course you lose weight.

I am familiar with Mr. Hitchcock's writing and biblical study approach. This was a very fluid book with some good insights. Unfortunately, this is not for the well-read biblical prophecy reader. It is good for the novice reader because it gives a good thumbnail synopsis of all things 2012 and the Bible's take on the Day of Judgement. This is a good start for those interested in reading more about the topics covered by the author.
