Long time user of MS Access. Needed to get a current license for new computer so had to buy another copy. This is new and had no problems setting it up and registering.
We're in the middle of a kitchen renovation and needed something to help us get by without a stove for 4 weeks only. I figured it should hold up for a month. There were two issues with this device immediately: it would turn itself on again even though it said off and when we had it on low or warm it would be scorching hot. So, it was either burn the food or not cook and unplug it when not in use. Because others spoke more highly, we returned for a new one. We'll see how the second one works out. Great part of this: Amazon sent a new one out immediately so we went only two days without a hotplate. Will try it out today.
I really liked this financial book. Up-to-date side-notes to make current financial debacles and examples understandable. I felt this book was helpful and really recommend it. Probably more useful for an entry level finance course though.
I was having to top off my power steering fluid every couple of days, so took my 1995 Camry to my mechanic. He told me I needed to have the rack replaced at a cost of about $700. The bottle I bought was I think 24 ounces instead of the 12-oz bottle I see here on Amazon. I didn't siphon out the previous fluid before using it, but my reservoir was nearly empty. The leak slowed in the weeks ahead, but because it still leaked I thought eventually I would have to pay for the repair. But then, coincidently after I drained the last of the bottle, the leak stopped--I haven't had to add any fluid for over 9 months now. I am frankly amazed that this product actually worked, saving me a great deal of money.
