Very easy to assemble, take back apart and clean. It takes a minute to get it going, and you do have to cut the meat down smaller than you would with an electric grinder, but this is just perfect for small batches of homemade sausage or for making your own ground beef from choice cuts for better burgers. This is one of the best ornaments Swarovski has put out for quite a while. The facets capture all the lights on the tree and it really sparkles and shines. Probably one of my top 5 all time favorite crystal tree ornaments.
