This product came well packaged, and it was great that a pump was included as it makes it so much easier to dispense. It is nice that this is an all-in-one product as it makes it convenient for people to bring along for traveling (camping) , take to the gym, etc. I like that a majority of the ingredients are natural and organic with no parabens. I feel comfortable enough with the ingredients to allow my kids to test it out and use this on occasion. The scent is light and lovely which my daughter really liked; the scent is not overpowering and that it does not stick and linger on the body.. We tried it out as a shampoo and body wash. The only thing I noticed is that as a shampoo, it did not seem to lather very well. I felt like I had to use quite a bit of pumps before I felt that my long hair was fully covered. However, as a body wash on a bath pouf, it worked just fine. This is a nice product i you're looking for convenience without all the harsh ingredients.

I know what others have indicated Abreva does not work for them but as to me it is a life saver. At the first tingle I apply it to the spot (rubbing it in as instructed) and I can feel it take effect. There is no white residue on the application site since I rub it in until all absorbed. I continue to apply it five times a day (but I only get the feeling of it taking effect on the very first application). the important point here is that the application has to start when the very first tingle (or feeling) of the start of the cold sore. I have used this product and process for several years and it has never failed. I love it. I should add that it still takes a few days for the cold sore to go away but in the meantime there is very little pain.
