BEWARE!!! I've had a lot of viral issues lately so downloaded the free version of AVAST. It seemed OK, so today I paid and downloaded the upgraded version. I was having sign on issues so I contacted Avast support number. 866 951-7679 and got hold of someone in Tech Support named Carlos. BEWARE!!!!! These scam artists will take over your computer show you a bunch of stuff in your system claiming you have a computer hijacking software on your system. For a mere $179 fee they'll fix your computer of these nasty hijackers for an entire year or one episode for $119.00.
I very much enjoyed this book! So much information that is easy to understand and makes sense. I have started oil pulling and have noticed i used to have intestinal discomfort several times a week and since oil pulling I have noticed that it is completely gone. I seem to digest things better to where it isn't an issue. Also, I brush my teeth with coconut oil too and with the oil pulling combination, my teeth are white, white, white!! Love it!

This is a great set for everyday medium use. (Haven't had a chance to use it in extreme conditions.) After a few days of use, I ordered a second set to keep in the truck. The shape of the handle feels a bit awkward on the hand and did take some getting used to but non the less this is a good set for the price, an excellent set for the reduced price.
To whom do I write to report typographical errors? I noticed that the first "7" on the third line page 48 should be a "3". The "7" that's printed there now isn't random. Other than that, this is really an excellent book.
