I was having great results with noticeable thickening of my hair after only 1 month. However, after starting on my second bottle, my chest and neck started itching. The Formula had changed with Biotin increasing by 300%. After some research I found that high levels of Biotin cause an allergic reaction in many people. After stopping the supplement, my itching has cleared up. I am now in search of a different product for Hair Growth w/ a lower amount of Biotin.
I purchased three of these last month and have been using them for meal replacements. I sometimes add a veggie and fruit powder to power it up more, but it is great, I feel lighter and I know I am getting what I need. I am going on the "diet" starting today, using it for all meals, and I love it. I needed something to boost me while I still am exercising, cutting down some, and like the fact that it is so easy. I will continue to buy it for a meal replacement. So easy, the bottle is worth it, the book, not so much.
I rode this bike from CT to Montreal CA. Experienced cyclist needed a cheap replacement after being hit on my other bike. No significant mechanical issues. The bike is definitely an amazing starting level and even advanced level bike. However, unless you are a very experienced bike mechanic, you'll have hell assembling this bike out of the box. So allow your self either an entire afternoon leaning to assemble a bike from the ground up, or 60$+ to have a shop do it for you. Id also recommend upgrading the tires immediately. But overall I'm very impressed with hasa. Solid frame. Decent component package. Very very very worth the price. Better than anything else that I've ever heard of under $1000.
Kids will have hours of fun with this toy. The only problem is that it's incomplete. I had to buy the Playmobil Overly Grabby TSA Agent(tm) set and the Playmobil Unnecessarily Long Line of People(tm) set as well. Fortunately the second set can be used with my child's Playmobil Soulless Corporate Bank(tm) set.
I know that this product has been receiving a lot of mixed reviews, but honestly it has worked out just fine for me. I will say that I am not new to using biotin and I always take Vitamin B-5 (Pantothenic Acid) to help prevent breaking out from Biotin. Honest to God if I take Biotin without taking a Pantothenic acid supplement, I get painful breakouts (I am not someone who normally has acne type breakouts). That being said this product worked just fine for me, because I have been using biotin for a while now, I see the difference when I am not using it. When I stop using it my skin seems to dry out a lot faster, my nails get fragile and brittle and break, and my hair also gets dry and brittle.
