the it's a 10 shampoo, conditioner have made my hair much nicer than other products i've tried. the difference is day and night. these are great products. when I want to do my hair, I spray this on then brush with a boar bristle brush and it keeps my hair looking very nice.
My daughter has struggled with constipation for months. Every since we introduced whole foods into her diet it has really been an issue for her.
