This product is truly a wonder! It doesn't track steps but I prefer the activity tracking anyway. It's more important that you're tracking your activity it's throughout the day. I'm a huge fan of the coaching- I've gotten a lot faster because of it. I love that it's waterproof and I don't have to charge it constantly. I actually sold my Fitbit to get this and I haven't looked back.

I personally use this and its perfect. In the first week or so i starting to break out a bit but after a month it was perfect my skin is much better now then before.

I love these potatoes-the taste, the texture. I even used them for filling knishes. My big disappointment is the the expiration date was so close to when I purchased them. I am reluctant to purchase again.

My wife and I have been through one round of Alpha and Beta plus a few more weeks of Beta. I am 36 and 5' 10", and I was around 205 when I started this program. I am down to 185. I did not follow the diet plan that comes with it, but I did eat a healthy diet and limited my calories. I am really happy with the results that I have seen so far. My wife didn't really need to loose any weight, but she lost 10 pounds doing this as well.

Do not like. Way too thick and creamy. Fades into fine lines and looks cakey. Very expensive for a product you can probably find an imitation of in the store.
