The replacement heels are great except they are designed to fit two style of Sidi shoes. The heels have two plastic tabs per heel that need to be cut off (with a very sharp knife) for the 2nd style of shoe (which I own). However, there is no other option since the other heel style (without the tabs) is no longer available. Be careful!!

The PCAT is fast (37 seconds per question in Biology, Verbal, Chemistry) and so you need to know what you are doing. (50 seconds for Quantitative)
Initially I suffered from so much stress, depression and anxiety that it was hard for me to accomplish much in a day. I would almost panic at some of the simplest tasks. I had a gut and I saw an advertisement for Relacore that claimed that it would reduce my belly fat and stress, I thought that the belly fat gone would be the great part and the stress relief would be a perk but it turned out quite the opposite way! I was pleasant, relaxed, had more energy to complete whatever I set forth to do for the day and I was sane! My boyfriend noticed the changes saying "Honey youre so happy and calm! What are you doing? Oh yeah and it helps reduce belly fat too. lol
This supplement seems to more-or-less meet Dr. Mark Hyman's guidelines for nutrients supporting glutathione production. I have noticed mild stomach upset when I take it together with other supplements, so I am careful to take it alone. Otherwise I haven't noticed a difference. I expect the benefits are more long-term, though.
