I went to Tampa this weekend, and had a little fun. Some might say a little too much fun, but either way it was a good time. I woke up with a hangover and decided to take these pills to try them out. I also gave them to my buddies to try. My one friend said he didn't feel anything, but me and my buddy both felt a lot better about 20 minutes after taking these. It doesn't just magically make you sober, but it makes you feel a ton better than you did when you first wake up. Now it affects everyone differently, but I loved it. Definitely recommend. Five stars.

She do a whole lot of grinding meat and vegetables and the one that we had surrendered already, thus I am getting her a new one. Based from the reviews here, I then decided to give this a try. Upon getting this on hand, my wife was well pleased with how it looked like. First, the size is perfect for the small counter that we have in the kitchen. At least, this thing will not be taking up much space. Next, this is so easy to assembled and easy to be cleaned up as well. There are two kinds of blade that are with it for a bigger or smaller size for grinding. Replacing the blade is as easy as pie as well. After having been cleaned, comes the testing part. As my wife worked on it, she was like, wow! This thing really worked! It was liked so easy when you are looking at it. I could tell that she was having fun as she was doing the whole process. She tried this with spices as well, like onion and it worked great. She was truly happy getting it and we consider this as a very worthy purchase.

I've heard it said that Good to Great by Jim Collins is the best-selling business book ever and now I understand why! I was so gripped when I started to read "Good To Great" that I devoured 150 pp the first night! It's extremely readable and accessible to all. The book is also painstakingly researched but most of all it's inspiring. There are many times I've doubted myself and what I'm trying to achieve in my job, but the book makes it clear that real breakthroughs come through hard work and from pushing that flywheel constantly. The flywheel is an analogy to instigating change within an organization; at first it's hard to move, but after many small, regular pushes, it gets going and then becomes next to impossible to stop. Collins states: "Good to Great comes about by a cumulative process - step by step, action by action, decision by decision, turn by turn of the flywheel that adds up to sustained and spectacular results." Collins' research substantiates this. The media focuses on the spectacular returns of these companies but only after they're well on their way to stardom. All the painstaking work that's gone into their transformation isn't covered by the media.

Best $20 I have spent in a long time. This tumble is the perfect size and really does keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold. I used it last night for water and sure enough the ice cubes were still there this morning. Filled it up this morning with hot coffee- and I have yet to reheat the original coffee- and I like my coffee hot!
