This book contains very simple step by step process to accomplish what the title says! And my husband and I both accomplished the process. Some of the menus were tedious b/c had so much prepping, but others were easy and it was my choice to do the difficult ones, so no complaints. But what he promised in the book as far as our experience was right on! We did stop having cravings after the first day! My husband an avid coffee drinker was able to quit coffee with only an occasional headache and Dr. Hyman gives you hints on what to do about that also. Everything is in the book to help you get through what could have been a horrible experience to what really turned out to be an enlightening experience with little discomfort. Of course, I was already familiar with Dr. Hyman's other book The ultra wellness cookbook so I was very familiar with how he constructs his recipes. I really like how Dr. Hyman makes the case about our addictive sugar habits and how our brains are chemically induced to crave sugar. He constantly is doing research on the subject and I like how he now links so many of our health problems to over consumption of not just sugar but artificial sugar and processed foods. And what's really different in this book is how he wants us to do something in our communities to start spreading this awesome information. I am always conscious now when I go to the store and I tell all my family & friends and the members that I teach Yoga to that we vote with our dollars. Don't spend your money on stuff you think is not worth being on the shelf even if it's convenient or cheaper in the long run you could be saving lives and the planet by buying something that is worthy of your humanity! My husband was really happy that we did this 10 day detox, I thought he would be the first to hate it but he loves the smoothies and does not want to go back to his cereal. This book can really change your emotional attachments about food and may save your life. I am very grateful to Dr. Hyman for writing this book! He has made me become aware of how attached I was to certain foods and that eating foods that raise your glycemic ratio can cause you to over eat and gain weight and cause you to feel achy and have fatigue. My husband and I totally stopped snacking after dinner. Somehow just eating more greens and staying away from all the carbs and hidden sugars in our processed food changed our brain chemistry. It's really amazing! He no longer has that 2pm slump at work, he says. My thinking is so much clearer now & I feel my concentration is so sharp now. My energy feels more balanced and I wake up in the morning with energy! He even encourages journaling. This book is amazing!

Great Story. I have a 2003 Toyota 4Runner with 217K miles on it. I am trying to sell it and the one thing holding it back is the check engine light (CEL) with the code P0430 (Catalyst System Efficiency below threshold Bank 2). I have had it checked out and of course the repair shop "oh you need a new catalytic converter on the passenger side...there is some nasty stuff coming from the exhaust." blah blah blah. I even told the guy to check the 02 sensors if at all possible and that I was selling the car and I wanted to avoid spending a ton of money. They never did check the sensor, but they were more than happy to charge me a cool $115 to tell me what I already knew. Long story short, I put 2 cycles of Cataclean in and I passed the emissions inspection yesterday (never thought it was possible!!). Now, I can tell you that the CEL will stay off for about 60 miles or so then it comes back on. So it did not fix that issue like some of the other reviews (I just unhook the negative terminal for about 10 minutes or so and get it to reset). However, I firmly believe that this stuff did do something to clean out the fuel and exhaust system enough to get it to pass which is the ultimate goal. I think it is safe to say that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the Cat and I can attribute the CEL to a bad sensor. I would think the emissions testing facility would have caught the cat whether the CEL was on or not. Words cannot express my disappointment in the repair shop that gave me the diagnosis of a bad cat. Bottom-line, give this stuff a try. It may not turn your Check Engine Light (CEL) off but it will do a good job of cleaning out the system (as advertised) and possibly help you to pass the emissions test. I did follow the instructions and ran it all the way down to below a 1/4 of a tank, put the Cataclean in, drove it for another 20 miles and then put in premium fuel. I did 2 cycles of that back to back. I could even tell the MPG improved. I am getting 19.5 on a V8 4Runner with 217k miles on it. Hope this story helps!

Love Love Love this product! The directions for setup are easy to follow and minimal. The wide viewing angle to see my dogs is great. It launches treats out for both my dogs so it gives them something to do and they don't fight over it. The only down fall is probably my wifi connection. it doesn't always connect. I would recommend this product 100%%%%%%%%%.

Take - Girl on a Train and Gone Girl together and you wouldn't come up with a better story told in a better way than The Couple Next Door. Shari Lapena gives us high suspense built on many twisty turns, a few dangerous surprises. I just loved this book and am looking forward to her next novel. It's not easy to get a first novel published in this overloaded current writing market. In fact it's almost impossible unless you are so talented and so willing to take the time to polish a darn good yarn until it becomes a gem. Read this book.

What I ordered and received were two entirely different items. The can is different and says that is stage 3 in a series; 1-2-3. However, since I maintain a clean engine a bay I thought, go ahead. I did wipe down everything that I could, followed the instructions and sited for it to dry. Before I closed the hood to dry everything looked great. But shortly after driving I was greeted with a horrible smell. Like a cross between dry cleaning fluid and trans. fluid. No way near a pleasant citrus smell. It's bad that part is now I need to clean everything and throw the remaining away. I trusted Gunk, so I was surprised and dejected. My suggestion, DON'T BUY!
