I don't know why you all didn't see results..I did mine for less than 3 weeks and lost 23 lbs..I ate clean, fish, chicken, veggies and citrus fruits and plenty of water..and 45 minutes of working out Cardio and light weights....I lost all cravings and suppressed my appetite.

I have determined that this espresso machine is the smartest purchase I've made in a very long time! Gone are the days of spending $4 on a latte at a coffee house - yay! This machine has been used at least once every day for the past six weeks and no issues so far. It takes one or two times to figure out when to turn the knob to stop dripping the coffee (else it becomes watered down) but after you realize that, you're all set.

I am a self employed seamstress and I am very hard on machines, especially with hemming blue jeans and zippers in carhart coats and many other things. One thing I was looking for was an affordable product that was heavy duty. Singer is always a great brand and I watched videos on what this product can do, so I ordered it. Much to my dismay, I found that it wasn't any different than any other machine. Heavy Duty on this machine means nothing. It does do some of the things that they say but it does not go through all the layers of material that it says. Overall it is a fine machine, but it is not Heavy duty.
