Product worked like any other low calorie drop diet. The key is to carb load the first 2 days and then do 400-500 calories for up to 21 days. You must drink at least 3/4 gallon of water a day too. No breads or drinks other than water. Coffee black or with stevia is ok but must drink that much more water. If you know the omni drop program it's the same diet but this costs half the price. I did it for 2 weeks. I'm 6'1" and went from 240 to 218. If you cheat a little it will not work.

I really like this pad. That said, even after a visit to the manufacturers website to get specs, I was still unprepared for the massive size of this thing on my table. It's 18 5/8" x 15 5/8". This pad is requires a full on table to use, not just a desk or some slide out tray. If you thought, "Hey, I won't ever have to pick up my mouse again!", then you thought wrong, this will not create that dream for you. It is designed to run ultra high dpi (read very slow moving and accurate mouse movements) mice. If that's not you, you don't need this pad, you need the next size down and you can thank me later for saving you some time and money (although you could get this and cut it down as well but why bother with extra expense and jagged edges when you can just buy the right size to begin with). The next size down also has some graphics available.

These knee sleeves are fantastic, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is serious about exercise, or is experiencing knee pain. The size chart that Mava offers works very well, after measuring the circumference of my knee, I ordered the appropriate size sleeve and the fit feels perfect. After a few weeks of use, I can say that these sleeves appear very durable and will last me quite a while. They are reinforced in the right places, as to not cause chaffing or any uncomfortable areas. There is very good support, but they still allow for a full range of motion in knee flexion and extension. I use them for my warm ups, to give me knee some stability, but also to bring blood flow to my knee for a better and safer workout. When I squat heavy, or squat frequently and repetitively during a workout I will slip these on and my knee will stay comfortable and supported even when they are fatigued. I am able to get more out of every workout this these sleeves.. Not to mention they are very simple to take on and off.

I like how there are not as many additives in this product compared to regular shampoos, but I prefer Simply U. My hair is thick and this conditioner makes it a little to frizzy. After a few weeks it started to calm down and become soft and shiny.

Worst product ever bought. You have to pay after you go in. And you cant watch all the episodes. You need to provide the cable service provider and its username and password. Its a literal piece of s***.
