Very easy to install once you figure out that the instructions are wrong! The instructions state that you turn the latches clockwise to loosen and counter clockwise to tighten - wrong! "Lefty loosey, righty tighty!" Even at that, it took me less than 15 minutes to install it.
I am so glad that Dr. Fung has finally published a fasting guide. I have been doing weekly 4 day water fasts for the past year and have seen tremendous results. I love that this book is a fusion of LCHF acknowledging the benefits of fasting. I am so thankful to know that the key to losing fat is simply controlling insulin.
This eye cream is not greasy at all, but light and quickly absorbed. It feels very refreshing and does not sting at all like some other facial products I have used. A little goes a long way, so I expect this bottle to last a good while. I have been using it twice a day, at night before I go to bed and in the morning under my make up. So far I am extremely pleased and expect to use this serum for a long time in order to keep those fine lines at bay as well as prevent dark circles and that general "tired look" that I see in so many women of a certain age! It is supposed to restore the skin elasticity and microbial cells at the same time with rare micro organism from the antarctic called antarticine! Looking forward to growing younger skin. REALLY ZERO STARS!!!! I'm an African American woman and this product has RUINED my feet. I had a very small problem, but this product mad it WORSE. I have hyperpigmentation, so when the skin came back it was darker and worse! Who knows how to get rid of this. I don't wear the boots that caused the problem, but Now I have a LARGER problem where the product has burned my skin. :-( I used to have the prettiest feet, but this ruined the three VERY tiny minute small spots I was treating. I wish I would have tested on one toe before I used it on three. I wish the product did not exist. Please place a warning on the package that if if you scar easily and have brown skin that the product will make your toes DARKER and WORSE. Do not use this if you have pretty brown skin, or your toes will be black and purple in the end. I am sooooooooooooo very sad I ever used this. :-( I only gave it one star because I could not post with ZERO stars!
