I ordered this initially from a distributor and for some reason I thankfully did not get caught up in the auto-ship. I did ob well the first shipment which lasted me about 5 weeks and have lost 10 pounds. I lost the weight through calorie counting and exercise, not just shakes alone. My initial email from my distributor told me to consume 1100-1200 calories a day, that would make anyone lose weight fast, duh. I said screw that and found my ideal calories from My Fitness Pal and went to work. I will not lie, after the first few days of shakes and snacks, I was starving/famished even. I then found better snack choices including a poached egg over dry toast, tasty and filling to get me through the beginning. I now dont need the heavy duty snacks and do great with Laughing Cow soft cheese and wheat crackers. I dont do the shakes everyday, it's really hard when I am feeding my daughter to try and drink a shake while she has something of substance to eat. I have started making healthier choices for dinner, including a lot of salads but all of this is stuff you can do without the shakes. I only continue them because it's so much easier to make a shake than trying to find another meal option that fills me up with so little calories.

I ordered this after reading about magnesium deficiency and realizing this may be the cause of some of my symptoms like foot cramps and newly magnified anxiety. Within a couple of days of taking this I had a major improvement and am happy to say that I have continued to experience renewed energy and NO FOOT CRAMPING. I take prescription level Vitamin D and learned that magnesium is required for the vitamin D to do it's job and that might be (among other things) the reason for the depletion. If you are suffering from foot or leg cramps give this a try. I also sleep better with this product as well. It is really tart and I take it one heaping tsp in the morning and night with a bit of water - just enough to mix it and swallow in one gulp. The flavored offerings taste like tums and I can't stand them so I prefer this. If you put it in the blender it will foam as it has an effervescent quality.

When I bought the book mid-February I already knew Ms White would write in her usual witty, sexy style so I was looking forward to an amusing take on 2016. Since I got my copy half way through February the first thing I did was read her predictions for January. I was floored. I knew she had literary style, but I never realized how spot on she was as a predictor. She anticipated exactly the problems I would have in January and I had every one of them. Remarkable. Buy the book! She's a freaking genius. Her writing sparkles and her predictions are grounded in reality. Suzanne White is in a league of her own.

I knew I couldn't use old k-cups and off-brand k-cups when I bought this machine, and my 1-star review is about something completely different. Being forced to use Keurig branded and approved K-cups is annoying, but hey, it's their product, and I really only drank Keurig branded stuff anyway.
