I've been following the instructions, 2 a day everyday. It's been 2 months and I have seen a difference. Nothing spectacular (an earlier poster did say it would take 6 months to see a drastic change). For the HUGE, ENORMOUS, RIDICULOUS increase in the price from 50 something to 80 something, I will not be continuing with these pills. I think the price increase is just ridiculous and not worth it. I will continue the natural way and just do my morning runs and squats and stuff. If you feel like paying that much for these pills, for at least 6 months to see a big change, then go ahead. If not, then don't bother.
I've used Quicken for many years and am generally happy with 2013. When 2014 promised not to change anything while adding features, I jumped for it.
This is the first time I've ever written a review but I thought I should warn people about this product. I tried this after I had my son and wanted to lose my baby weight...I took it for about two weeks before stopping because I felt awful!! I was skeptical to try it at first because I had read negative reviews but decided to try it for myself..It made me feel jittery and anxious. And then once it wore off after a couple hours I would be exhausted and have a horrible headache. Mind you I'm not taking this product and sitting at a desk all day; I'm an acute care nurse and i'm on my feet all day. After a week you double your dose and I had to stop on the 2nd or 3rd day of taking two pills twice/day because of how horrible I felt.
I would rate this flashlight 4.5/5 Overall it is great, excellent quality at a reasonable price, I like the illumination modes, the stainless steel switch, tails tand capability and the boundle with battery and charger gives you excellent value, but the flashlight is not perfect there are a couple of points which can be improved, for example the pocket clip rides too high and for the way it is mounted it can be hard to clip into your thicker pocket pants, I would like a loop over deep carry pocket clip. Although there are a lot of bigger flashlights out there, the tn12 is not the smallest, I wish it were a bit more compact. I'd like to see the tail switch made of stainless steel too. Something to notice, the battery tube can be reverted in order to put the pocket clip backwards and in that way you can use the Flashlight in the bill of your hat as a headlamp dough it is too heavy in my opinion.
