I have been using your products for years and everything was fine. I have a part Chihuahua/jack russle 11bls, and a German Shepardk58 lbs. This year the product Ultra Guard Plus is not working. The chemicals in the product must have changed. I applied this product in the Spring, Summer and now the Fall. They still have fleas. They scratch all night long. What can I do besides changing brands.

This bed is the worst ever. Dosent fit my queen size bed exactly. It leaves a few inches on each side, depending on if one side is push all the way over, which causes your bed to slip off track. The frame that comes with it (not the one you have to buy seperate which is ridiculas) dosent hold for long periods of time. I weight no more than 170 if that, and i had this bed about a month now and its frames are starting to fall apart on me. smdh absolutely the worst i ever had. Please dont buy this product.

I found the header for this item confusing, it reads "Fsmart SK68 Zoomable 3 Modes UV-Ultraviolet Led Blacklight Flashlight Mini Torch(1*14500) battery)" I guess I assumed that it came with a battery and it is my mistake for not fully reading the description. That being said however it arrived in a box timely but without any instructions and the battery compartment looked too big for a AA and too small for a C battery. I had to login to my order history to find the flashlight brand and read to figure out what battery it takes.
