  • Jimmy Gregerson - Great Product!

Great product! Does what it says it does for the most part. It didnt seem to curb my appetite as much as i would have liked but it definitely pushes water weight straight out of you. It heats me up and gets me sweating even if im not doing anything. 2 pills in the morning after 3 days seemed to be too much for my body to handle. If you feel the same way just try again after taking them for a week or 2 with just one in the morning so your body can get used to them.

  • Cynthia - Take note...

This knife isn't meant for cutting or whittling at wood. This is a knife meant taking lives or keeping yours. It is a combat knife and not meant for general utility. A sharp edge should be on this knife when you get it, but if there isn't and you can't fix that problem, you probably shouldn't be buying this knife in the first place.

  • LexiDavid - Very clear and feature rich - A significant improvement over the M50

I bought the Plantronics Voyager Legend Bluetooth Headset hoping it would improve my comprehensibility particularly while driving. In the five months prior I had been using the Plantronics M50, but had received numerous complaints of poor voice quality even though I could hear my counterparts very well. They often stated that it sounded like I was talking in a wind storm. After connecting the device to my iPhone 5, which it does very quickly. I placed a few test calls, which went well. A few weeks after getting the headset I talked with a coworker in California for the entire length of my commute, at the end of my call I asked him if he had any issues understanding me, and he said he did not. While this device is about twice the cost of the M50, if you are going to be talking while driving or moving about, I would recommend the Legend over the M50.

  • TomNmineola - Great emergency backup generator

I had one question that I was not able to answer until the generator arrived, and that was if it used regular gas. It does. It needs at least 87 octane, which was what I wanted to know. I was impressed with the way it was packaged for shipment. There was a metal and a wooden block which had to be removed. The tools to remove them were included. However, it took more torque to remove one of the bolts than the little open end wrench could apply, so I had to use one of my own drivers to get it out. I also ordered the wheel kit, and discovered that one of the bolts used two different sized drivers that were on the same wrench - 10mm for the bolt and 12mm for the nut. Bottom line is, you need to have some of your own tools to get the generator ready. Once that was taken care of I discovered that the only effective way to add oil is to tip the generator on its side so the oil filler opening opens up instead of on the side. Otherwise you will get oil all over the place, even with a funnel. I added 20 oz of oil and put in about half a gallon of gas and tried to start it. After several unsuccessful tries I realized I had not turned the ignition switch on. It's only a big red switch on the control panel. I left the choke closed and it fired right up on the first try after that, but it put out a bit of smoke and ran rough until I opened the choke. In less than a minute the speed settled down and the engine ran nice and smooth. I connected a 250 watt heat lamp and flipped the main breaker. It lit right up and the generator didn't skip a beat. Since I had no immediate need to use the generator I decided to drain the tank. I followed the instructions and removed the sediment bowl. It was next to impossible to get the gas out that way without spilling it, and it just dribbled out very slowly. When I went to put the bowl back on the O-ring between it and the carburator came out. It was tricky getting it back in place, but eventually I got it back. What I plan to do is get a length of fuel line and use it to drain the gas from the petcock instead. If all this sounds like I am being critical, I am just pointing out the MINOR difficulties I had. On the good side, the engine starts easily and runs reasonably quiet. The output is what you would expect. I bought a Coleman extension which converted the 30A outlet to two regular outlets, so all together it provides four outlets. It does not have 220V, but I knew that. I would have needed a larger generator to run my well pump anyway. Overall, given the price and free shipping, I consider this one great generator for emergency backup use. It might be overkill for camping needs, but for the price, why not. I may be back here with an update if we have one of our frequent power outages that lasts long enough for me to justify wheeling it out and filling it up. I would definitely recommend this generator to anyone needing up to 3300 watts continuous power at 110V.

  • History Man - Still the Standard

There are two superb film adaptations of this Dickens classic; this one and the 1984 TV film starring George C. Scott. Both do justice to the original novella far beyond any other dramatizations. However, it is this 1951 British version that got there first and no doubt inspired the 1984 remake. Both Alastair Sim and Scott breath life into the character of Scrooge and make him a three-dimensional personality whose life and fate take on far greater meaning than they do in the hands of other actors who have taken on this role. Sim, of course, became the definitive Scrooge by first taking the character seriously and by portraying Scrooge as more than a simplistic cardboard cutout. For those of us who were raised on this version of the film, Sim will always "be" Scrooge. That does not detract from Scott's performance at all and he was quoted as saying he knew from the start that he could never hope to match Sim's effort. Nonetheless, he succeeded in carving out his own highly credible, compelling portrait of Scrooge which stands beside that of Sim's, like two magnificent paintings sharing the same wall. Both films should be enjoyed and appreciated as the fine, individual achievements that they are and both will stand as "definitive" for a very, very long time. We are the richer for having such a marvelous choice.

  • Kathy - I think they work.

I have been using these for a couple of months. My coarse hair is a much sleeker and finer texture now, so I think they must be work.

  • M. Moore - All the juicy details show fans have wanted for years!

I absolutely loved this book- I just devoured it in about 3 hours. It's so much like her show, her personality shines through. I have been a fan of the show for years and really enjoyed hearing the inside scoop about what went on during the renovations. It's nice to get some insight into her personal life as well, she's very candid. It's really an amazing American success story and very inspiring.
