Great product! I have been taking a heaping teaspoon per day with water in the morning. The additional energy and sense of focus is very apparent to me. It took about 1 week to take effect. I wake up earlier without a cloudy head. My muscles are beginning to show more. I have extra motivation to get things accomplished.
